All Hail Dog Competition — Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Scratch Pet Health Pty Ltd (ABN: 40625813694), a company registered in Victoria, Australia (“the Promoter”).

2. The Competition

All Hail Dog is a trade promotion lottery conducted at www.allhaildog.com (“the Competition”). Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

The Competition is a game of chance. Community votes on entries are for entertainment purposes only and have no bearing on the selection of the winner. Skill plays no part in determining the outcome.

Entries received after 12:00 pm AEST on 30 June 2026 will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

  • Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Be living in Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia or Tasmania
  • Be the current owner of a living dog named in your entry at the time of entry.
  • Provide a valid email address.
  • Comply with these Terms & Conditions in full.

The following people are not eligible to enter:

  • Employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members of Scratch Pet Health Pty Ltd, its related entities, agencies, and suppliers involved in this Competition.
  • Residents of NSW, SA, and ACT as the competition does not have state competition permits.

5. How to Enter

During the Competition Period, visit www.allhaildog.com and complete the entry form, including:

  • Your dog owner confession (20–500 characters)
  • Your email address (required for competition entry — not displayed publicly)
  • Your name / handle (optional)
  • Your dog’s name (optional)

One entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same email address or IP address will be disqualified.

All entries are subject to moderation. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Rejected entries are not eligible for the draw.

6. The Prize

Prize: Free Scratch dog food for the life of your dog — up to 15 years.

Specifically:

  • One (1) box of Scratch dog food per calendar month, delivered to an Australian address.
  • The winner may choose either kibble (8 kg) or raw (8.25 kg) per delivery, and may change their selection at any time with reasonable notice.
  • The maximum retail value of the prize is approximately $160 AUD per month, totalling a maximum estimated value of $28,800 AUD over 15 years.
  • Treats, toppers, supplements, and any other products are not included.
  • The prize is valid only for the specific dog named in the winning entry. It is not transferable to another dog, another person, or redeemable for cash.
  • The prize ceases immediately upon the passing of the dog named in the winning entry and cannot be transferred or extended.
  • The prize will not be awarded for a period exceeding 15 years from the date of the draw, regardless of the dog’s lifespan.
  • Delivery is available to Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia or Tasmania only, only to post codes where those products are available at checkout. If the winner relocates outside Australia, the prize is forfeited.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.

7. The Draw

The winner will be selected by random computer draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

  • Draw date: 30 June 2026, 12:00 pm AEST
  • Draw location: The registered office of Scratch Pet Health Pty Ltd, Victoria, Australia
  • The draw will be published live on Instagram Stories.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by email within 5 business days of the draw, using the address provided at entry.

The Promoter will make an additional attempt to contact the winner over a period of 30 days from the draw date.

9. Claiming the Prize

To claim the prize, the winner must:

  • Respond to the notification email within 30 days of the draw date.
  • Provide proof that they are the current owner of the dog named in their entry.
  • Accept the prize in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

If the winner fails to respond or claim within 30 days, or cannot provide satisfactory proof of eligibility, the prize is forfeited. No redraw will take place.

10. Prize Conditions & Ongoing Obligations

Once the prize is accepted:

  • Deliveries will commence within 30 days of acceptance, with a frequency of no less than a month.
  • The winner must notify the Promoter promptly in the event the dog named in the entry passes away. Continued receipt of deliveries following the dog’s passing without notification may constitute fraud.
  • The winner must maintain a current Australian delivery address. Address changes must be notified to the Promoter with at least 14 days’ notice prior to the next scheduled delivery.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to vary product formulations, recipes, packaging sizes, and brand presentation from time to time. Such changes do not constitute a reduction in prize value provided the monthly retail value remains comparable.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the prize.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or misdirected entries.
  • The Promoter is not liable for any failure of technology, network, or infrastructure affecting entry submission, the draw, or prize delivery.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Privacy

By entering the Competition, you consent to:

  • The Promoter collecting and storing your personal information (name, email address, entry content, IP address) for the purposes of administering the Competition.
  • The Promoter contacting you in relation to this Competition.
  • Your entry (confession text, name, and dog’s name) being published publicly on www.allhaildog.com if approved, without further compensation.

Your email address will not be displayed publicly. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

13. General

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
  • If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
  • By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
